Danielle and Travis

When Danielle and Travis imagined their big day, it included relaxing with their closest friends and family and dancing the night away to their favorite Texas country band. After touring the Gallagher headquarters, they felt it could be the perfect setting for their big vision. Its winding paths, towering archways and gorgeous landscaping sealed the deal.

“We felt the venue set the tone given its rich history involving Latin/Mexican culture. What’s a better way to honor it than to add simple touches of things such as Talavera tiles and vibrant flowers.”



It was essential to Danielle to include her Puerto Rican history and she felt the best way would be through incorporating Latin inspired dishes and desserts for their guests.

“It was important for us to share our favorite foods as well as represent my small family and our history. Growing up, I remember there was always some sort of Latin food or flavor in our meals. I eventually would cook this way for Travis. He loved it so much I knew he was a keeper!”

When it came to the details, they included bright and bold colored flowers, guava filled crepe cakes and king farm tables complete with rose gold candle sticks, a greenery runner and cross back chairs.


Overall the day was beautiful and there wasn’t a rain cloud in sight. They came, they ate, they danced, they celebrated. Let Me Introduce You To The Team Part 3

Stephanie Hoover is brand new to the wedding industry and brings an enthusiasm and passion
for producing beautiful events. Her friendly and genuine personality immediately sets clients at
ease as she helps perfect their special day.

Stephanie is a Texas gal, born and raised in San Antonio. She comes from a huge family - four
brothers and three sisters. Her background is in the hair industry; she has been a colorist and
hairstylist for over 14 years. In 2006, she met her husband Lee, who serves in the US Air Force.
After spending an exciting nine months planning their wedding together, they moved out of
state and have lived in Tennessee, Turkey and Maryland over the last eight years. They have an
adorable boxer named Junot. 

In her spare time, Stephanie loves reading, baking, wine tasting (and drinking!), and playing
beach volleyball. She recently ran the San Antonio Rock N’ Roll Marathon in

Stephanie has been friends with Melissa Gaines for many years and was thrilled to join her
dynamic event-planning team when she moved back to San Antonio. She has a passion for
planning and details and is excited to help plan your special day!

Morgan Cobb has been in the wedding industry for over four years now. She has a love for design and is always striving to push the creative boundaries. She exceeds in building genuine relationships with those around her and making people laugh.

Born in Greensboro, North Carolina under big pine trees and with all four seasons, Morgan moved to Texas when she was 11. In 2012 she married the love of her life Jeremy, a high schoolteacher and football coach. She is mom to two precious (rambunctious) boys, Hudson, 4 and Bennett 1.

Morgan enjoys cooking a mean breakfast, thrifting, doing home improvement projects with her hubby, and always looking for the next adventure (she has been sky diving twice)! She is an avid list maker, a coffee addict, deathly afraid of bees and most of all loves spending time with her

Morgan loves meeting new clients and getting to know there needs and vision for their big day! Her ability to connect with those around her and bring a vision to life is what drives her. She believes each couple is different and unique and their big day should be no different!
